ETC Board of Directors
ETC is directed by a group of qualified professionals including:

Prim Cockrell, Director
Prim Cockrell founded ETC after she answered God's call to use her love and knowledge of horses to eternally impact the lives of children. For the past 30 years of her life Prim has trained amateurs and youth in all aspects of horsemanship. She has groomed world champion riders and horses and is a member of the American Quarter Horse Association of Professional Horsemen. Prim holds a level 1 certification in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy through EGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association.

Laurie Weathers, Chairman of the Board
Laurie joined the Board in 2005 and has been instrumental in offering operational and fundraising expertise as well as administrative advice. Laurie is a Practice Administrator for Cancer Care Associates, a Statewide Oncology Practice. Laurie has experience in working with non-profits through volunteer work with her church as well as enjoying international missions with her husband and family. She has also served on the board of a Credit Union for 8 years and served on numerous non-profit committees.

Patricia Childs, Board Member
Pat joined ETC in August 2007. Pat grew up on a cattle ranch in Oklahoma, and has experience with working quarter horses. She has been very active with children and fundraising both in the church and school activities. Pat owned and operated a landscape and lawn maintenance business for tex years. Pat also volunteers for the saturday, after school programs and Shiloh Summer Camp.

Mark Mohr, Board Member
Mark Mohr, Board Member since 2007, works as an Oncogenomic Liaison for Genomic Health, Inc., a molecular diagnostic laboratory which provides healthcare professionals individualized genomic profiling of tumor tissue to improve cancer management. In addition to serving on the ETC Board, Mark has volunteered countless hours to many of ETC's programs, including "Shiloh Camp," and as a weekly volunteer for the "After-School" program. Mark has participated in several local and international Christian missions and is an active member of his church.

Lori Engel, Board Member
Lori Engel, Board Member since 2007, is President and Owner of Ultimate Human Resources, a total solutions accounting, financial controls, internal auditing, ethics accountability and human resources and training firm and is former Vice President of Human Resources for Dobson Communications. Lori has extensive volunteer work for Christian organizations and has traveled with groups on several domestic and international mission assignments. Raised on a farm in Minnesota, Lori had an early love for horses and she raised, trained and showed them in county fairs. Lori also has personally experienced the Equine Therapy Program at Remuda Ranch in Phoenix, AZ.
