ETC is directed by a group of qualified professionals including:

Prim Cockrell, Director

Prim Cockrell founded ETC after she answered God's call to use her love and knowledge of horses to eternally impact the lives of children.  For the past 30 years of her life Prim has trained amateurs and youth in all aspects of horsemanship.  She has groomed world champion riders and horses and is a member of the American Quarter Horse Association of Professional Horsemen.  Prim holds a level 1 certification in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy through EGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association).

Laurie Weathers, Chairman of the Board

Laurie joined the Board in 2005 and has been instrumental in offering operational and fundraising expertise as well as administrative advice.  Laurie is Director of Operations for Mercy Oncology.  Laurie has experience in working with non-profits through volunteer work with her church, as well as, enjoying international missions with her husband and family.  She has also served on the board of a Credit Union for 8 years and served on numerous non-profit committees.

Russell Sears, Board Member

Russell is an Investment Actuary for American Fidelity.
