To register for Lynn Palm's training clinic on November 20, 2011, please fill out the form below and submit. In the comment section, please state your participation level of Rider, Auditor, or Banquet Only and if you will be submitting your payment online or by mail. Then submit payment for the event via Paypal or by sending a check to PO Box 75, Edmond, OK 73083. 

Participants will reserve a space for the event at a cost of $300 for Riders, $30 for Auditors, $30 for Banquet Only and $15 for the Banquet for clinic participants. Spaces will be reserved upon receipt of payment. Limited space is available for all levels of participation.
